Dear Engineer Asaph Nuwagira, TESTIMONIAL FOR QUALITY SERVICE PROVISION I recently gave an internal referral to Engineer Asaph Nuwagira to help arrest the water related damage being done to the flat roof of my house. After many attempts at having it fixed, the team from Fen-Mark Building Solutions resorted the flat roof section by covering the entire surface area in tiles which ensuring that all possible opening/cracks were well sealed up. The work was done diligently and the rooftop now looks very elegant and so far all rain water are properly channelled to the outlet drainage. This has been an impressive service provision, and to top it all I was surprised when he confirmed the work will not be billed. A few weeks thereafter we had some additional works needed (painting of three rooms) within the house. I hired Fenmark Solutions to design Structural plans for a 6 storied building we had designed to ensure it is structurally sound and meets all building regulatory requires and the site terrain would hold the building structure. Asaph's team carried out soil test analysis and a geotechical investigation report and structural calculations detailed reports prepared and submitted to us with the findings. We submitted the report to KCCA and successful got the structural plans submission approved. The developer was able to also get financing approved as well and has started the construction of this commercial mixed use development. I would highly refer Fenmark for civil engineering consultancy works.
